For the first time in company history, Mount Sopris is proud to welcome two geophysical engineering student interns to our sales and customer support team.
Introducing Hannah and Ben, geophysical engineering students from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado. Hannah is recent graduate from the Geophysics program at CSM, and Ben will be graduating in 2018. Both have benefited from the program’s renowned rigor, scope, and faculty. CSM is well known for excellent education in engineering disciplines. No doubt, Hannah and Ben are exemplary students in the Geophysics department and have much to offer and learn at Mount Sopris.
In part, Hannah and Ben will be further developing customer support and better serving you by producing technical support videos for Mount Sopris equipment.
They will be walking through common topics and troubleshooting such as Quick-Start for Groundwater Customers, Advanced Troubleshooting of Winch Wireline, and MX-Family Winch Repairs and Diagnostics.
Ben and Hannah will also be heavily involved with the organization and implementation of our first ever International Sales Representative Summit here in Denver, Colorado in the coming weeks. The Sales Summit will train Mount Sopris International Sales Reps on the new Sales Rep Model developed to increase sales and better meet the needs of our customers and potential users around the world.
