Mount Sopris is pleased to introduce Anne Chamberlain, our new Geophysical Sales and Technical Support Engineer

Anne received her Bachelor’s of Science in Geophysics from the University of Texas at Austin. During her studies, she worked at UT’s Non-vertebrate Paleontology Laboratory, a part of the Jackson School Museum of Earth History, where she photographed specimens, prepared, and cataloged new accessions, and helped convert the collection database to Specify.

Upon graduation, Anne moved to Denver and began working at Schlumberger processing 3D surface seismic for the purpose of reservoir characterization. For 3 years, she helped process one of the largest land seismic surveys with a data set larger than 300 Tb. After her time at Schlumberger, she worked at Fracture ID processing drill bit acceleration data to measure wellbore geomechanics along with standardizing company documents and writing training manuals.

Outside of work, Anne is part of Girls Rock Denver’s leadership committee, a completely volunteer run non-profit summer camp that focuses on empowering campers through music education, creation, performance, and community.

For all of these reasons and more we are excited to welcome Anne to our Mount Sopris & ALT team! We know that her customer support and sales skills will continue to help us ensure our customers are successful now and in the future.
