As you know, borehole environments can often be extreme. When your equipment is no longer operating optimally, contact Mount Sopris Instruments for quick, expert repair. Most repairs can be completed within 2 weeks and, if your situation is urgent, please ask us about our rental equipment and expedited service.

To initiate repair service, simply use our Repair Form Template. A Mount Sopris repair technician will promptly get back to you to learn more about your concern and provide you with shipping instructions.

All repairs are covered by our standard 6 month limited warranty.

We understand the economic implications of equipment downtime, and will do everything we can to repair and return your equipment as quickly as possible.
